Marina and yacht-club living
The developer’s materials identify a world-class marina and yacht club as defining elements of the destination. For a residence buyer, a marina view does not automatically include berth rights, club membership or unrestricted facility access. Request written clarification on eligibility, fees, guest rules and operational arrangements.
Beachfront, promenade and lagoons
Beachfront living, a waterfront promenade and lagoons form part of the published vision. Ask which spaces are public, resident-only, hotel-operated or separately managed, and verify the walking route from the selected building rather than relying only on a masterplan overview.
Hotels, restaurants, retail and wellness
Premium hotels, restaurants and bars, luxury shopping and other amenities are intended to support a mixed-use destination. Their brands, operators, opening dates and commercial offer may evolve. Treat announced categories as planned components until they are confirmed in current project documents.
What amenities may mean for ownership costs
A broad amenity programme can enhance convenience and destination appeal, but it may also affect service charges, management rules and usage fees. Before reserving, request the current service-charge basis, included services, separately charged facilities and the process for future budget changes.
Compare the residence, not only the resort
Evaluate the unit’s layout, orientation, privacy, lift access, parking, acoustic exposure and construction phase alongside the wider amenities. The right residence should remain suitable even if individual facilities open later or operate differently from early marketing impressions.
