The enquiry form may request identity and contact details, preferred language, property interests and other information you choose to submit. The form is provided through Tally and is subject to Tally's own privacy and security practices.
Do not submit passport copies, payment information or other sensitive documents through the general enquiry form unless a verified adviser provides an appropriate secure process.
How information may be used
Submitted information may be used to respond to your request, share relevant availability, arrange a consultation and provide follow-up connected with the project.
Information should not be sold or used for unrelated purposes. Retention should be limited to the time reasonably needed for the enquiry and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of enquiry information by replying to the adviser who contacts you. You can also choose not to submit the form and browse the public information without providing contact details.
This policy should be updated when the final operating company, contact address, analytics tools or consent platform are confirmed.
